The Pennsylvania Firearm Owners Association is a grass-roots non-profit
organization created with the goal of preserving the individual right
to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by Article 1, Section 21 of
Pennsylvania Constitution and the Second Amendment to the United States
Constitution.

The mission of Pa Open Carry is to protect and promote the fact that
the open carry of firearms is a legal choice in Pennsylvania. We seek
to accomplish this goal by educating the public about the legality of
open carry in Pennsylvania, mainly through the existence of the website
itself, as well as by producing and distributing literature.
