Franklin County judge orders shared custody for Sandoval baby

A Franklin County judge gave little Izayis Sandoval's parents joint custody of the 18-month-old Monday in a temporary custody order, then scheduled a conference with a custody conciliator for March 12 and another hearing in August to determine permanent custody.
